Are you sure the license is in good condition? Try selecting it in the ALM > Right Click > Check... It may be corrupted and you might need to recover it by creating a Support Request to Siemens.

A WinCC RT Advance 512 PT License should fit.

But I think a WinCC RT License should be a Single license, So you cannot use it on a License Server. The license has to be always directly in the local ALM. So I think you cannot capture the license online from another server...

Where do you get this licenses warning?

On the RT Pc or on the engineering PC?

Check the ALM Version and use the latest you can download at Siemens Support pages (V6.2....)
