I have installed Pcs7 v9.1 SP2 software on Windows 10 LTSC 2018, which is programmed in a project as S7-ladder- wincc.

I have encountered two problems:

1. In this project, I initially defined two connections to communicate with controllers with "CPU_A" and "CPU_B" names (between wincc and 2x S7-300 CPU317-2PN/DP software redundancy and wincc works with master and can be switched atomically correctly), but after a while I wanted to rename them to "Prj" and "Prj-" names. According to the attached images, in the tag search section in the Wincc runtime (Tag measurement point), I see the names of the new and old connections, but only there are new names of connection in the tag management.
2. in the tag search section in the Wincc runtime (Tag measurement point), In the tag search section when running Wincc (tag measurement point), for some tags the "Process picture in working area" section is active and selectable, which in this case jumps to the existing page, but for others it is inactive and only the "Group Display" is active and in this case only the faceplate opens, I created the icon block manually and they are all of the same type.

I would appreciate sharing solutions if anyone has encountered these problems.

No, the S7-300 CPU 317-2 PN/DP is not supported in PCS 7 V9.1.2.

Siemens officially discontinued support for S7-300 and most S7-400 CPUs starting from PCS 7 V9.0. PCS 7 V9.1.2 is designed to work with modern automation hardware, specifically S7-410 CPUs (including H systems), the Advanced Process Library (APL), integration with WinCC V7.5 SP1/SP2 and higher, and support for Windows 10 LTSC 2019 / 2021.

As far as I know, using the S7-300 is not officially supported in PCS 7 V9.1.2. This issue seems to be more related to general STEP 7 or hardware compatibility rather than PCS 7-specific features, so this might not be the most suitable platform.
