I want to install the step 7 Prof 2004. I have manually deinstalled the Lower version of Step 7. As per the guide line, like how to delete the registries and folder, as In my PC I didnt have option of removal the lower version (In Add remove Program in Control Panel).

I have completed the procedure of the deinstallation and start the setup.exe of the step7 Prof 2004. But setup can not be started with message is You need to restart your window to set up even if I have restarted my PG numbers of time.

Please can u give us some guide line How can I overcome this trouble?
