TP177B gsd/gsdml files

Miki Rapaic Posts: 42 Rating: (0)	1) I need a gsd/gsdml files for TP177B panels in S7 (V5.4).... The thing is I dont have this TP in my S7 V5.4 catalouge and I can't find it anywhere (HW update also doesn't provide theese files).... Could someone please help me with this (where can I find it) 2) IfI don't get this files can I establish my connection betwen TP 177B (using WinCC)and CPU 314 via CP 343-1 lean ..and how (basic steps for WinCC and S7)??? 3) Do I have to do anything else on the CP 343-1 lean then inserting it to the slot and setiting it in the HW config (IP addres).... do I need to use any send/recive functions in order to get TP177B communication with CPU 314 via CP 343-1 lean I relly hope someone can help me with this questions

Calm_down Posts: 324 Rating: (30)	Hi Miki, I am sorry, I am not so deep into this but I am sure that you need the Software WinCC flexible if you want to use the TP177B. There is no GSD or GSDXML File for this. You need a configurationsoftware to configure and to download your Project to the TP. Stay calm [:)] P.S.: I seriously doubt that the TP177B is capable of doing Send / Receive as a recepient for the PLC. If you want to collect Data from the PLC by the TP the TP uses S7-Protocol, this is supported by the CP 343-1 Lean. [8)]
