Hello, please check, whether Hyperthreading is DEACTIVATED at your PC. If not, your installation is certainly damaged. I´d then deinstall your WinCC demo (including the reg-keys) as described for STEP7: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/189025 Then install WinCC demo again, you don´t need a license.
