Mr.Wizard when i connect tp to pc , communication doesn't establish can you help me? i read manual but i have problems still. please give me informations about serial (rs 232) connection method

Please perform an OS update, with option"Reset to factory settings" Use the serial cable. And when you have clicked 'Update OS', you should power off panel and back on again. Best regards, Wizard
