Problem for configuration and initialization of positioner SDR5 SP2

ChessMaster Posts: 84 Rating: (1)	Our control valve is part-turn actuator . So we set the menu 1 to part-turn. And we set the Transmission Ratio Selector to 90 degrees. The positioner can not be initialized neither in manual mode and auto mode. In manual mode we can set d1 but when we set d2, the RANGE error appear. IN auto mode at Run 1 we have ERROR and after changing the position of actuator into travel range ( 10%, 20%, 50%, 70%, 100% Open) again we encounter the same error. Please Help Me
