There have been times where our Branch has ordered a License, then determined an alternative method to achieve the same results. This has resulted in unused Licenses/Entitlements.

Is there a way to get a list of the outstanding Unused Licenses on a per Branch level?

If you send the Csid or the Entitlements to your regional support, they can have a look on it and tell you which license is already used or not.
