Trasfer value from internal tag to OP

AVSR Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	Hi experts, I have a project S7-416 communicating with WinCC and OP17 that requires transfer value from WinCC Internal tag to OP17. Can anybodyhelp on this. What type of code I need to use?

This Tag you can use in the OP17. As the other guys told you an direct connection isn't possible. So only the workarround with the PLC will work. regards Aranel

The easiest way is to change the internal Tag to an External Tag (Process Tag). To do this stop runtime, then cut and paste the internal tag in the PLC channeltag area. Then put the address for this tag. IF you do not want to do this, then you can copy the internal tag data to an external tag using a global script. I will give example of a c script using a Word Tag. SetWordTag("External_Tag",GetTagWord("Internal_Tag")); This should be triggered by internal Tag.
