I have CPU 1512-1 PN. I want to connect PLC and another device using Modbus TCP. I added FB MB_Clien, then created structure CONNECT in the new DB but I didn't find the TCON IPv4 type in the Data Type column. What have I done wrong? And why I didn't find type TCON IPv4.

 Seriously? That is such garbage that TIA makes you do it this way. This is a modbus TCP connection. This should have been the quickest task to complete.

I guess you've been bitten by this: Just try to type "TCON_IP_v4" in the data type field and press enter with correct spelling. The first time TIA don't recognize and won't autocomplete. After that it will. This is not only for TCON_IP-v4 but for every 'new' data type.

 you can do this also via TCON connection gui editor without problem, just as only other solution but working. In other side this type structure is defined as good template because users can forget add required options and settings and some incompatibilities can occur very easy
