Is it possible to configure the settings on the COM15 with Powerconfig?

A colleague has the 3.7 version and apparently the PROFIBUS adress ( by default 126) can't be changed. Schould he install a older version of powerconfig? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Circuit Breaker 3WL Comm 15 module replacement.
