in case you can integrate both G120C drives into one project, you can use the app "edit parameters in several drives". https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109763476

But I would only recommend it, if you want to compare only a few parameters (maybe it is enough for you).

In case you want to compare all parameters I would export the parameter lists as a .csv and afterwards compare these files.
