6RA2287, F004 problem

While it is running, it goes to stop and the display read F004. i have check the line fuse, incoming breaker, contactor, everything is fine. i even change every module including cpu. but the problem still comes out. the last thing i haven't done is to change the thyristor. anybody had any experience?
