I want to heat a boiler to a set value in order to distillate a substance.

1. With a switch give a start signal

2. The boiler heated to a set value.

3. As soon as the boiler reaches the value, a buzzer goes off for 30 seconds and the system switches off.

And what part you don't understand? I think it's not hard task to do to student.

First do your input latched, then put in analog threshold trigger  and then it reached your setpoin turn on timer for 30 second and then switch off system

 ixo65 I think your program not same as he want. He ask's like short press for start so you need to put latch relay from start button and unlach then temperature reached and time expired. At the moment in your program need keep pressed input to work this scheme.

I don't understand how to stop the process. With one button the process starts and when the thermometer measures the set value, it should automatically stop the process and return to starting position. I know how to do it with multiple switches, however not while using a single one.
