WinCC Unified V16 install under Windows 10, it showes the repeat password is incorrect, even the repeat password is same as the inputed password.How to do ?

the error message is something different. You somehow seem to have checked that you want to use a different identity provider. Did you install the newest Updates?

 newest updates do you means for windows 10 ? No updates for windows 10

please check if your PC name only contains ASCI Charachters.

I think this is the problem here.

Then restart installation.
