Hi All,

One of our customer bought a machine and panel from us 3 years before. Due to not  hurry in production , machines are not commissioned and they kept the panel in the container for last 3 years. now i am at site to commission that machine. By the moisture i can see some rust in the drive's underneath.

Drive Details:-

Controller D445

Noise Filter 55 Kw - 1 No's

Active Line Module 55KW -1 No's

Single motor module 60 A -4 No's

Now can can anyone suggest what are the preliminary checks i have to do. Also do i needs to do some charging the drives before power on.
