thedodgy1 Bronze Member Joined: 11/11/2017 Last visit: 12/10/2025 Posts: 192 Rating: (4)	I have a sensor input that turns a timer on to make a conveyor fo fwd and rev but the timer is reset every time it passes the sensor on its way back and forth it resets the timer, is there anyway to make the sensor a one shot so that it ignores the sensor after it first sees it.

You write that you have a sensor that is supposed to initiate a change of direction. Then you write that he does every time he gives a signal and that this is not correct. You have to describe in more detail what exactly should happen.

thedodgy1 Bronze Member Joined: 11/11/2017 Last visit: 12/10/2025 Posts: 192 Rating: (4)	i have small conveyor and on pressing start it moves and the product is picked up by a central proximty sensor that starts a section of my program to move backwards and thern fowards for a set amount of time but because it is passing the sensor every time it moves back and fort it sees the sensor input and resets the time. does this explain it better?
