REALWAY AUTOMATION Member Joined: 9/13/2020 Last visit: 7/9/2024 Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	I face a problem on a machine. Machine suddenly stop on HMI. PLC S7 314C 2DP. Profibus is connected for one by one motor drive. Machine normally running well. But suddenly it stop on HMI. Can any one help me to findings the problem. Is this problem occur from PLC - CPU?

When i press on this button to run the machine - button colour change white to green. Normally machine running well sum time 2 hours, some time 3 hours but suddenly machine stop autocratic. Machine show 1. profibus cabling fault. 2. defective bus user. But i check profibus cables it is ok. Our one motor have a encoder. Which one is connected by profibus. Please give me advice which one is faulty PLC CPU, or profibus cable for encoder of motor. But everything is working. Attachment IMG_20220119_135309.jpg (753 Downloads)
