I have a project in TIA Portal v16 with hardware an old IM 6ES7 153-2BA00-0XB0, but in catalog I found only 6ES7 153-2BA02-0XB0. 

You think that the 6ES7 153-2BA02-0XB0 in TIA v16 support the 6ES7 153-2BA00-0XB0 hardware device?

Ass you can see here, the 5ES7 153-2BA00-0XB0 was discontinued, replaced first by the 6ES7 153-2BA01-0XB0, discontued also, replaced by the 6ES7 153-2BA02-0XB0.

Follow the Successor Product tab in the link above.

The designation Successor Product means that the modules are functionnally equivalent, minor changes have been made to the electronic circuits (due to availability of parts on the market, generally, or firmware upgrades) but they execute the same functions.

So you can replace one by the other. Just make sure to select the correctt module in the Profibus catalog when you set them up as slaves.
