Hello,

regarding to your informations I recommend to make the following steps. After each step download your project in the CPU and try the functions of your program again.

• Check all the data types of the variables which are with the parameters connected.
• Save and compile the complete hardware configuration and open after the netpro tool and compile the network again.
• Click with the right mouse tape on the Blocks container and select "Check Block Consistency...". Use the menü comand "Program > Compile All", so that the complete STEP 7 program will be compiled.
• Save your STEP 7 project with "File > Save As..." together with the option "With reorganization (slow)".

Hello,

I have added FM350-1 module in RIO and installed configuration pack for the same. RIO is connected on Profibus. RIO contains 2 nos of DIx32, 1 no. of DOx32, 2 nos. of AI RTDx8, 2nos. of FM350-1.

System details are as follows:

CPU: CPU 412-2 DP

IM: IM 153-1

Counter module: FM350-1 (6ES7 350-1AH03-0AE0)

Encoder: OG9 D 1024 Hubner

UDT, DB and FC is also configured and complete hardware configuration is downloaded in CPU. There was no error in downloading process.

But, Counter module is not reading encoder counts. Diagnostic message shown is 'Module is without parameters'. Module status shows OK in module information window.

Follwoing points are checked:

1. Proper pulses at counter module.

2. Same module and encoder is working ok at another process line with same type of CPU.

3. Power restarts and re-installation of hardware configuration are also tried
