After a lot of searching, it was the firmware, the problem. I installed this:

And it solved all the issues. Now it connects as FS4, instead than 0ba0.

You posted it, remember? Please, make this, sticky, instead the update of the legacy 0BA8.

Both the new and the old manual are crap in this section. 

Nowhere are mentioned the FS4 capabilities but implied : "the 192.168.000.003  is the new Logo FS4"

And on the bottom: Part no is 0BA1. What?....

And then you go to install a program and you can't even connect, if your program is FS4 but rather you have to create a new using 0ba0/1. ok...
