for my project, I use a cpu 6ES7 313-6CE01-0AB0
(CPU 313C-2 DP) , however it is impossible for me to
find what type of inputs and outputs are
(PNP, NPN ... ), I am looking for a document, image
or written document that would allow me to know what
type are my inputs/outputs so that I can adapt when
choosing my components. Thanks for your answers.

The input and output modules of S7-300, S7-400, S7-1500, S7-1200 and ET 200S are P-lesend (sinking input) or P-schaltend (sourcing output). The exceptions are the modules that you can find in the following link:
