Good morning everyone,

I performed the first start-up of the OPEN CONTROLLER, successfully created the

ADMINISTRATOR user step by step, and before starting the commissioning I wanted to

make a backup, so that in case of problems I can restore the machine to the state

of delivery.

I inserted the 32GB USB key and then started the CreateRestoreUSB application on

E: \. The application has stopped with the following error (see photo). Can you

give me a reason? Can I have problems if I close the application and try to

restart the backup? Sorry for the perhaps trivial questions but I had not good

experiences with this machine and before starting with operations not described in

the manuals I asked for support. Thanks a lot to who will answer me.
