Dear SIEMENS support team, I installed Visual C++ as you recommened, but when i try to install DIGSI 5 V8.40 again, it still stoped in prerequisite step. The error report is attached with the email. My Laptop use ryzen chip and win10 pro. Does it affect to installation? Please help me for this issue. Best Regard. Tan Nguyen
