Hi can anyone help me to find the connection diagram 
of this encoder? I tried to download the encoder datasheet 
but it does not talk about the connection diagram, I tried 
directly from the connector page (6FX2003-0SA12) to find it 
but the pdf does not exist or at least it is not downloaded.

The part # provided is not for an encoder.  It is simply a kit available for connecting a standard M23 encoder connector to an encoder cable.
