You could have used another cam with a start value equal to the end value of the cam in question. And use its activation time (or whatever it is called in Simatic Technology) to get the desired signal.

But AFAIK, this is also calculated only on actual velocity. On the other hand if your master values are actual values of a real axis, you will be probably in troubles anyway.

In case master values are generated by a virtual axis or are setpoints of a positioning axis then taking constant acceleration into consideration is not a rocket science.
