Working with S7-1200 modules with RDREC / WRREC functions.

The documentation for all modules has a description of the structure of the parameter data record. Is it possible to work in the same way with the S7-1200 controller modules? In online help it is written that it is possible. But in the system manual on the S7-1200 controller there is no description of the structure of the parameter data record.
