It opens and closes a pneumatic valve depending on the threshold value. I have a problem that the signal oscillates and it causes me to close and open the valve, in the same way that the analog input does. It's like the valve blinks until it passes completely and stays above the threshold. Is there any way to solve this?

Mr.V Silver Member Joined: 6/19/2019 Last visit: 10/24/2025 Posts: 743 Rating: (79)	I little bit don't undestand if you do bigger range for analog threshold trigger then your valve don't open/close then your analog signal will be near setpoint. Change Threshodl ON like 100 Threshold OFF like 80 then valve will open then reach 100 and closes then 80. If you don't like this then put OFF-Delay timer and enter specified time then valve reach specifield value it open and then it suddenly drop timer don't let close valve for that time
