Hello,

1.) yes the latest FW for Simotion is pre-installed on the CF Card
If you order a licence package with the CF Card the Licence is stored on the card and backuped
with the first boot of the Card in a SIMOTION PLC.
With the CF Card you get a Certificate of Licence (COL) with which you can generate the Licence Key again if you lost it.
The Licence you can generate/Transfer to simotion in Online mode, select the PLC -> right Mouse Click -> Licence, then you start the Licence Wizzard, here you see which licence is actual present in the SIMOTION and you can enter new licence or start the WebLicenceManager to generate a licence for you System.

2.) every people which have the original SIMOTION Scout project have the fully user program and configuration data!

3.) this is only possible if the "Backtransfer Data" was stored in the Simotion during the project download.
This data is namen "Additional Data" in Simotion.
in default only the compiled data is downloaded to the CPU and can't be used for a upload.
With the additiopnal data the user can make a complete Upload from the SIMOTION to a new empty project and download it to new CPU/CF Card, the licence is not transferable.

3b.) you can also make a bakeup if you copy the complete content of a CF Card to another empty SIMOTION CF Card, but here you also lost the licence.

3c.) ypu can store a archived projectcopy on the SIMOTION which you can Upload and retrieve in SIMOTION Scout.
