Hi,

Hope some one can help me, I have moved into a property with 2 RDS110 smart thermostats, i believe they are already linked to an account for the previous occupant of the property.

How do I get them removed from that account so I can use them, at the moment I have little control of the heating system lol.

Any help much appreciated.

you posted in topics, where the topic creator has already left the community...

Also I think that the phrase "I have the same issue" isn't very helpful in giving you an appropriate answer. 

Did you try the answers in from the helpers in both topics? If so, what was your result? Please, post more information about your issue, an Screenshot could be also useful.

thank you for your reply,

I tried to create my account linking my thermostat but I think that the privious home owner didn't disconned the thermostat from his account.

Now for me it's impossible to record the thermostat,

I've tried contact Siemens but they told me that I should contact my local dealer, that will send a technician,

I was hoping there was an alternative solution.

See the attached picture how to do that.

If yes, which support centre answered to you? AM or EU or AP? Do you have SR number?

yes, I opend support request and I received reply from EU, I've been addressed to local dealer,

They told me that is not possible to unlink account remotely and that technical intervention is required.

I was oping that unlink could be done remotely and free.

at this point I think only option is technical intervention,
