I am considering coupling two devices with USS, but I came up with some doubts. The TIA has nice ready made library to communicate over USS but as I understand the rate of requesting drive has to be put in interupt. That can make the communication very slow. At 9600kbps the Calculated minimum interval for calling USS_PORT (ms) = 116.3ms. With 16 drives it gives ~1.860s. At 115200kbps the Calculated minimum interval for calling USS_PORT (ms) = 28.1ms. With 16 drives it gives ~0.449s. I found it very slow for some my future application. Have you found any solution to speed it up? best regards
