I recommend you to check the online & diagnostic section of TIA Portal and see if there is any error.

You can take a look at the meaning of the LEDs status in s7-1200 manual:

 Dear Ali_Ismail,

the error LED of an S7-1200 is always red.

So if you see a "light orange", i assume the led is "off" but you can see the yellow/orange light from the Run LED.

So asume the LED state is:

Run -> yellow

Error -> off

Maint -> blinking yellow

According to the manual-> "Remove the memory card"

Are you using the cpu with a simatic memory card and is the card configured as transfer card?
