I'm using S7 1214FC DC/DC/RLY PLC in my project. I have connected SM1238 Energy modules to the PLC apart from 2 modules of IOs. I'm able to download with small section of my program and also i can see the outputs, coming ON from my actual OUTPUTs. but when i uploading my program section by section i have seen my outputs start misbehaving after sometimes and some outputs are not coming ON. Same outputs are coming ON from another networks. In my program I'm measuring current and voltage and giving outputs. Energy module is reading fine. Through online i can see program is working fine but actual outputs are not coming ON, not even LEDs. I want to find what is the memory limitation for the PLC. Because my current and voltage reading i'm using memories to convert byte into real values. In the program i'm using almost 70 timers.

please advise me how to resolve the issue. i have no idea to sort out the problem.

In the program i have no compilation errors and no errors when i'm uploading the program.

Hi Monty,

please make sure that you do not have multiple write access to your outputs. You should write an output only once in your code. You can use the cross-reference list to search for your write accesses.
