A digital output of logo siemens is usefull to turn on a iot2050 siemens on which a node-red service is running.

I would like that if service stop and the website of node-red stop I need to turn off and return on the iot2050 device. There is a way to check iteratively the iot2050 node-red webpage is running maybe with ping or other tools?
