Such As amount of load, type of load, Use and value of i/o chock.And even impedence of source,Value of DC capacitance.Usually the values given in manual are measured when all specified conditions are available. you really need to measure it for your applications.

DrBob Posts: 3 Rating: (1)	Hi Hasrol For Harmonic distortion on the MM4, you will be looking at THiD (Total Harmonic Current Distortion) as the base information from the drive. The MM4 has no AC line reactor as standard and has no DC link reactor so the harmonic current distortion will be quite high. It will be typically 60-65% of RMS current. Fit an AC line reactor and this will reduce to 40-45% under full load. Siemens SD used to have a pretty good harmonic simulator a few years ago but this has, like many good tools, been lost in the past and the preference is to lump it all in the massive SIZER program. Siemens Building Technologies have a pretty good tool called HarmonEE that will do some calcs on a standard MM4 but you need to ask thier HQ in Switzerland to download or do a google on the SBT USA site. THvD is dependant on the supply impedance (cables, transformers %IZ etc). It can be calculated if you know all this but is will only be as accurate as the information you get.
