i install tool suite v5.0 in my pc windows10 when i make new configuration i face this problem error creationg directories and/or files for the new drive.please i need your help.

did you try to start Tool Suite with admin rights?

Tool suite creates folder for every drive located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Robicon\Host.

Maybe you, as user, don't have access to this folder. Check it in folder Host properties in Security tab. You can see your permisions for this folder here.

Now I have no other idea why you get this error.
