Could you explain how to configure this in the device configuration? When the busadapter is deleted, a red hole is show and the hardware cannot be compiled. If you leave this BA filled in (e.g. 2xRJ45), but don't physically plug it in, the CPU goes to stop mode due to the missing BA.

What should be done to work wihout a BA?

 You can configure BA 2xRJ45 Bus adapter to the ET200SP PLC. You don't need to have the bus adapter physically installed, the PLC will work without it also.
