I get this message when opening some projects with safety controls. it says I'm missing "S7 F Systems / S7 Distributed Safety / S7 F Configuration Pack" 

but it looks like I have at least the Distributed safety and configuration pack installed, I don't know where to find S7 F systems though, when I search for it on Siemens website it doesn't come up and when I search on google I only find a very old version that is incompatible with windows 10.

your system is not fully up to date. For your version of SIMATIC S7 Distributed Safety an Update 2 is available. You should also update your version of SIMATIC S7 F ConfigurationPack V5.5.

S7 F System would be need to program a S7-400 system, and probably you would not need this.
