Is it possible to receive serial data through a RS485 port/module on a Logo?

I want to 'listen' to communication (RS485 half duplex) between a industrial door driver and an absolute motor encoder. The door driver sends an request to the encoder, which replies by sending it's current position. There is no protocol being used, the door driver sends a request telegram with a size of 2 bytes. The motor encoder answers with a telegram(2 or 3 bytes).

It looks like it would be possible on a S7-1200 with a PLC I/O module(CB 1241) using a freeport config. But since i need the display and buttons of the Logo i was wondering if anyone had an idea if it could work.

I couldn't find any similar modules like the CB1241 for the Logo, or any other answers on this forum or the web.

Logo can not communicate with Modbus RTU RS485 but can communicate with MODBUS TCP.

To make it work, you need to use Modbus RTU/TCP converter or server.
