Dose the 1504D have the ability and capability for this application at the same time?:

6 servo axis, 3 motion control axis and a normal user program include 1000 I/O(digital) .

 Sorry,The 1504D is a PLC also, I can use Motion control in PLC program as Motion technology object.because the PLC is integrated Motion control technology . PLCOpen Lib.

I think, it will cover your needs. Drive part can control 6 servos.

PLC part has 2400 of resources in total, one positioning axis requires 80, synchronous axis 160 resources, etc.. PLC can have 32kB inputs and 32kB outputs.

You can check all other parameters in catalog ST70 or in TIA selection tool.
