Hello, I have this error in a CPU 1515F-2PN "Error#2 14800" is related to profinet port 1, there is no description of this alarm. however, the CPU is working. Does anyone know if there is an alarm table? or if you know what it means.?

Hi,

is the CPU configured as i-device?
If yes, is the assigned controller available/connected?

In addition to that, the complete diagnostics buffer of the CPU as .txt file is always helpful, or at least some screenshots..

Does the PLC project have topology defined?  If so, then you will need to provide more information.

If PN #1 port is connected to another ethernet/PN device and that is also functioning, please pass that information along.  It may be there are configuration issues with PN port #1 that is causing an error.

Where is the error? In the PLC Diagnostics buffer, or coming in through a regular PLC alarm?

Thanks for your answer.

If we are using PN#1 to connect to a control PC. 

The PLC show a red led and in the diagnostic buffer show this error. this PLC is working normally, only show this error.

Is TOPOLOGY configured between PN port 1 and any profinet device in the project?  Is that device the control PC?

What recently changed on the control PC?  For example, a different userid logging in - which might be missing some required software or service running to make the PLC PN Port 1 happy??
