Hi all, I found that problem is in service:  "S7DOS Help Service".

1. Check if this service exist and if it is running on your PC.

2. If  the service does not exist do following:

a) check if this file exist on your PC:

Program Files\Common Files\Siemens\Automation\SimaticOAM\bin\s7oiehsx64.exe

b) make the service by "sc" command (run command line as administrator):

sc.exe create "S7DOS Help Service" binPath= "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Siemens\Automation\Simatic OAM\bin\s7oiehsx64.exe"

c) run the service and change the start up  mode to automatic.

This only help me to solve the problem with "empty PG/PC interface"

I had the same issue – in Set PG/PC Interface no communication drivers were shown.
I’m running Windows 11 Pro 24H2 and this solved the problem:

1. In Windows Services, find SIMATIC IEPG Help Service (s7oiehsx.exe) – stop it and set it to Disabled.
2. Then find S7DOS Help Service (s7oiehsx64.exe) – start it and set it to Automatic.
3. Restart your PC.

After the restart, the drivers appeared correctly in PG/PC Interface and everything worked fine.
