Hello:

I have an induction AC motor, 50 Hz, 400 V, 1450 rpm, 3 Kw, with forced cooling, and a feedback with SSI absolute multiturn encoder, Gray code, 12 bits monoturn, 12 bit multiturn. The motor is controlled by a PM240-2, with CUA32, connected to a Drive Controller 1504 by Drive Cliq. 

The issue is when I try to move it in closed loop from the Sinamics part (not even the TO). It moves with open loop, without any problem. However, with closed loop, I can't do any measurement, it gives me the alarm "F07901 drive: motor overspeed". 

The thing is that I could move it for a few time, also with the TO. I saved all the parameters in ROM, and also I did an upload. When I powered -off and powered on again, then I got the same problem again. 

I checked several times the wires, and I can see the actual value of the encoder (everything in green, no communications faults with the encoder). But I see the number of positions of the encoder is very large, I don't understand very well why, I supose maybe any wrong parameter.

Any ideas or example of how to configurate an absolute encoder like this? Thanks.

Finally I found the issue... noisy motor (not Siemens ). And  shields not propperly connected.
