good morning guys I have the same problem mentioned above I have a machine that uses a vipa cpu very similar to a siemens s7300, I was able to communicate with it and access the diagnostics. is attached

 Vipa HW is different to Siemens but generally after look at your diag buffer I see there many problems with data exchange with some DP Slaves. Problem can be not correct I/O address inside your program code or maybe also Slave turned OFF or not accessible. If you read your diag buffer, you can easy read that events.
