I think even another newer version can do the job beacause there is no longer V14 available. I'm right?.

If so, did you receive an error message or what exactly didn't work for you?
If you have not yet registered for export restricted software, please take a loot at the FAQ and follow the instructions: Why do you have to log in and register for downloading export-restricted software and what data do you need for this?
