I want to order software and license from siemens 

When i go to online order it gives me your account dont have acess for software restrictions 

Why and how can i solve this

I have received infroamtion from the responsible persons that you were rejected for downloads on 04/01/2023, because your user data is incomplete and the company was given as "private use".
Please be more precise with the company name, as "private use" is not valid outside of Europe. Please also fill in your user data completely. Further information can be found in the following FAQ:

 Thanks for support now i proceed this steps without any feddback or response and i am still not able to acsess online software order can you help me again

I'm sorry for the belated answer, we had Easter holidays.

Please be patient. Depending on the volume of requests for export approval, the duration of the check varies. As a rule, the check takes 2-3 working days as long as all relevant data has been filled in correctly.
