i am very sorry, but I am having the same issue on an M1 with MacOS Ventura 13.3.1 with latest JRE. 

I guess the choice for java for coding LOGOComfort was due to architecture/OS independence, which makes sense, as OS are upgraded continuously. Unfortunately I can not suppress updates of my OS, due to security reasons.

Ist there maybe a workaround until the new LOGOComfort with another version of the bouncy castle-file?

The M1 and M2 are creating all sorts of interesting challenges. Even running a virtual machine may not be enough.
