Hi sersoporte,
the license is kind of a file and therefor is not removed automatically from an HMI (damaged or not). Depending on the damagement of the HMI you may have the option to still connect to the HMI with Automation License Manager of your Engineering Station and transfer the license. If the HMI is not working any more, you may start a service request to restore the license with the help of Siemens. Please see How do you restore defective license keys and authorizations?. Regards, Frink |
