Hi

I have used CPU-1511-1PN(6ES7511-1AK02-0AB0) and 6 Nos 64 DQ sink type(6ES7522-1BP50-0AA0) and used terminal module (6ES7924-2AA20-0AA0) AND connecting cables(6ES7923-5BB00-0GB0). 

When I have take online the PLC via Tia portal no error in PLC as well as DQ card.

But not even 1 out of 6 DO card not high(any channel) but I gave proper 0V and 24VDC in terminal module .

Please suggest me What can I do.

Have you used this system before?

I found strange thing:

For terminal module here show:

24- for pins 1,2,13,14,25,26,37,38

24+ for pins 3,4,15,16,27,28,39,40

But for Digital output module DQ 64x24VDC/0.3A SNK BA (6ES7522-1BP50-0AA0)

24- for pins 17,18,37,38

24+ for pins 19,20,39,40

Maybe this terminal module is wrong for yor system?
