A very warm afternoon to you all, 

Has anyone developed or designed a weather compensator, i'm currently looking at installing a variable temperature circuit based on the outside temperature so if the outside temperature is at 5 degrees the temperature of the circuit would be 70 degrees.

If the outside temperature was at 20 degrees the temperature would be at say 55 degrees, this would be done on a sliding scale. 

Any help would be most welcome.
